Parkour and the Toronto Film Fest

Well the festival is over now , No more sleepless nights. No more body parts being chopped off, no more confusing plots , no more twisted stories of revenge, deceit and murder. Overall it was a great festival, the best movie I saw was really a tough choice, but in my eyes Seven Swords by Tsui Hark was the winner. Not often can you see a Three hour film and not be bored , I enjoyed every second , my palms sweated and my heart raced.
A must see film for all action enthusiasts.

However the festival also did show me something new from the world of Sports and its called: PARKOUR . It's running extreme style and it is the coolest thing to watch . The movie was called Banlieu 13 by Luc Besson , and the lead actor was the man who inveted the sport. click here to watch a comercial featuring that actor.
